• Backstage is a punk-rock quartet from Ljubljana. They started practicing in the backstage of Gala hala and that’s pretty much the inspiration behind their name. They got their first attention with videos for songs Confused and Misel nate. After playing in almost every possible club in Slovenia, the band started to play abroad and were the first Slovenian band that went on a tour to South Africa. They were also the only Slovenian band that played the Austrain festival Aerodrome, which later became Nova Rock. After two albums and a concert record, they released their 3rd studio effort – Independent in 2010.
